n March 2018 several services met to workshop elements of the Hub to allow for the best possible service delivery model.
Working in partnership, we talked through how we could best work with the Avalon community, how we would make sure we kept the referral system simple and straightforward.

the best possible service model.
The other main objective was to ensure we are always working transparently in our endeavour to support young people and their families and support people.
The sessions got us all excited about working out of the Avalon space.
